The Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Coordinators are available to answer any additional questions you may have or to hear your comments on the Title IX process.

- The U.S. Department of Education (ED) published new regulations for implementing Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 (Title IX) on August 14, 2020. These can be found at https://www.federalregister.gov/d/2020-10512 These regulations are effective August 14, 2020.

- Jefferson College is a member of SUNY's Student Conduct Institute (SCI). Employees who are required to receive training must complete SCI training prior to investigating and hearing cases.
