Drinking Water/Waste Water Operators
Fresh, clean water is essential to life! Water is something most of us take for granted. We go to a faucet, turn the handle and it flows on demand. What many fail to realize, is that the water we enjoy, is kept clean, safe, and flowing freely by people who are dedicated to ensuring a safe public water system. The people who keep our water safe for drinking and our waste handled safely, have a huge responsibility. They are entrusted with public health. Jefferson College is proud to partner with the MWWC, (Missouri Water and Wastewater Convention) to offer top-notch ongoing training for both our drinking water and wastewater operators. The DNR (Department of Natural Resources) issues training credits for the courses we offer through the MWWC.
