SkillUP (Grant)
- Assists SNAP (Food Stamp/EBT) benefit recipients gain skills, training, and connections
to lead to a new or better job. - Covers full cost for several of our programs.

WIOA (Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act) (Grant)
- Helps eligible participants access education, training, and support services that lead
them into a new or better job. - Has both Adult (18 & up) & Youth (14 - 24) programs.
- Contact your local MOJobs Center or complete the intake form to determine eligibility.
MoAMP (Missouri Apprenticeships in Manufacturing Program) (Grant)
- Used for Apprenticeship training.
- Participants must be over 18 and enrolled in a supported pre apprenticeship, registered
apprenticeship, or non registered apprenticeship program. - Supported programs include:

â—‹ LMC Quality Technician
â—‹ Jefferson College Registered Apprenticeship
â—‹ Jefferson College Non Registered Apprenticeship
- â—‹ LMC Mold Setter
MO One Start (Grant)
- Not used for tuition for students.
- Used for customized training and upskilling in skilled trade industries.
- No cost to eligible employers/businesses.
- Application cycle runs from July 1 to June 30 each year.
- The college serves as the administrator of the funds, helping process applications and
requests for reimbursement.
Sallie Mae (Loan)
- Requested and distributed on a selective basis after meeting with a Student Services
Specialist for financial counseling.
Employer Pay (Third Party Pay) - Employers must submit a letter of intent to pay on company letterhead that includes:
the student name, program name, dates, amount.
