Viking Café / Dining
Jefferson College is proud to partner with Great Western Dining to provide a dining options for students, faculty and staff. The Viking Café is the main dining facility, offering a variety of meals throughout the week.
The Viking Café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to accommodate the busy schedules of our college community. throughout the week. During lunch and dinner, there is a daily entrée, along with options from the grill and a create-your-own salad bar with toppings.
Viking Café dining hall hours:
- Breakfast, Monday-Friday
- 7:30 am-9:30 am
- Lunch, Monday-Friday
- 10:45 am-1:30 pm
- Dinner, Monday-Thursday
- 5 pm-7 pm
Viking Grill hours:
- Monday-Thursday, 10 am-5 pm
- Friday, 10 am-1:30 pm

Interested in a discounted 10-meal card for the Viking Café?
Visit the cafeteria cashier in the lower level of the Student Center to learn how to purchase a student discounted 10-meal punch card
for $73.00 (+ tax), or an employee discounted card for $70.00 (+ tax).
Each punch on the meal card can be used for your choice of breakfast, lunch, or dinner meals in the Viking Café.
