Admissions
Staff in the Admissions Office manage recruitment and outreach to prospective students, help students apply to Jefferson College, process admissions applications and incoming transcripts, verify completion of admissions files, promote positive relationships with the area high schools, and coordinate dual credit/dual enrollment processes.
Advising
Advising & Retention Services provide comprehensive academic advising services to students designed around a guided pathways/case management model, register students for classes, connect students to campus resources, and assist students with transfer to four-year institutions.
Financial Aid
The Financial Aid office helps with completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and other materials required to apply for financial aid. They answer questions about federal, state, and institutional financial assistance used to pay for college, including grants, loans, work study, A+, and scholarships.
Student Records / Transcripts
Staff in Registration & Student Records oversee commencement, ensure the integrity of student records, verify students meet graduation requirements, assist students with registration questions, evaluate and award transfer credit, and send transcripts to other institutions.
