Precision Machining Technology

In the PMT program, students will learn computer integration in industrial manufacturing, which is the key to providing high precision and intricate machined metal parts into the world's growing demand for extremely technical design. This integration plays a crucial role in modern manufacturing practices.

Program Overview

The Precision Machining Technology (PMT) program equips students with the necessary skills in computer integration, critical for producing high-precision and intricately machined metal parts.

With the assistance of computer-aided drafting and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), the gap between manufacturing and engineering tightens. This technological advancement is crucial to streamlining processes and improving outcomes in precision machining.

Through the use of CAD/CAM technologies, the program enhances the relationship between manufacturing and engineering, leading to improvements in quality and efficiency. Upon graduation, students will be qualified for various roles within the industry, making a significant contribution to the growing demands for technical design.
