​The physical education department provides a comprehensive curriculum aimed at enhancing students' knowledge of fitness and wellness.​ By focusing on a variety of activities, the department prepares students to maintain adequate health and develop lifelong health management habits. Program Overview

The physical education department offers a variety of activities to enhance students' knowledge of fitness and wellness, and physical activity to enhance or maintain adequate health.

Coursework covers a wide range of topics, including physical fitness, weight training, aerobics, personal health, first aid, care and prevention of athletic injuries, and sports management. These subjects are essential for enabling students to understand and implement effective health and fitness practices in their lives.

Academic Plan
