  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8 AM - 8 PM
  • Wednesday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
  • Saturday, 9 AM - 4 PM

The Helpdesk is closed for Holidays and when campus is closed.

For walk-in assistance, the Helpdesk office is open Mon-Fri 8am-4:00pm (when campus is open), located in the Technology Center, Room 101.

Access to Microsoft Products

Microsoft 365 is offered at no additional cost to Students and Faculty and is the online version of Microsoft Office products. Access this service from the MyJeffco "Home" tab, or at https://www.office.com/. (Login with your MyJeffco email address and password)

Upon separation from Jefferson College, Microsoft 365 accounts, stored documents, and access to 365 applications is discontinued.
