About Us
Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally funded TRIO program through the U.S. Department of Education. Project SUCCESS is the name given to the SSS program at Jefferson College. Project SUCCESS has successfully supported students in earning their associate degrees and transferring to four-year institutions since 1997.

The purposes of Project SUCCESS is:
- To increase the retention and graduation rates of eligible students;
- To increase the transfer rates of eligible students from two-year to four-year institutions;
- To foster an institutional climate supportive of the success of students who are low-income, first-generation and/or individuals with documented disabilities.
The mission of our department is to identify, recruit and assist eligible students in achieving their academic and personal goals at Jefferson College and help them successfully transfer to four-year institutions.
