HOUSING
Jefferson College offers on-campus housing at Viking Woods, which is very convenient and located on the southern hillside of the Hillsboro campus. All apartments are equipped with full access kitchens and furnished living areas, plus all apartment utilities are included in rent.

Viking Cafe / Dining
The Viking Café is managed by Great Western Dining and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner to students, faculty and staff. A weekly menu is posted on MyJeffco in the announcements section. There is an option to purchase a discounted meal card and catering is available campus events.
