Program Overview
The physical education department offers a variety of activities to enhance students' knowledge of fitness and wellness, and physical activity to enhance or maintain adequate health.
Coursework covers a wide range of topics, including physical fitness, weight training, aerobics, personal health, first aid, care and prevention of athletic injuries, and sports management.
