Accessibility Resource Office
Students with disabilities can utilize support services offered by the Accessibility Resource Office (ARO) by completing an application packet with the ARO. Students must provide current documentation of their disability from a qualified professional in a timely manner to receive accommodations as they are not retroactive to the beginning of the semester. An Assistive Technology Center is available for students who require adaptive technology and/or additional resources. If accommodations for a disability are needed, please contact Linda Ladendecker-Corley, Accessibility Resource Office Coordinator, at (636) 481-3169/797-3000, ext. 3169. TTY users dial 711.
Mission Statement:
The ARO of Jefferson College is committed to the fulfillment of equal educational opportunities, autonomy, and full inclusion for students with disabilities. ARO serves to determine and ensure appropriate accommodations for qualified students with documented disabilities, to assist students in self-advocacy, and to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) of 2008, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

On the day of Commencement, you will pick up your tickets at the Accessibility Resource Office table located in the Field House in front of the concession stand. After picking up your tickets you will be escorted to your seats. Due to limited space, students may request no more than 4 accessible seats.
